Joseph McCormick Construction Co., Inc. offers its customers a total site development package. This includes everything involved in taking an open field and getting it ready to be paved as a parking lot. McCormick personnel will do the excavation work, demolition of existing buildings, clearing and grubbing, site utilities, concrete curbing, asphalt paving, and striping of parking spaces to fully service their customer’s site development needs.
Rehabilitation and resurfacing of existing lots makes up a large portion of our work as does construction of new roadways for new commercial and residential development.
Joseph McCormick Construction has six construction crews running at all times during the construction season.
